OceanSight was established on December 5, 2025. Originally a school project, its mission is to safeguard marine ecosystems and protect aquatic species. OceanSight was based only in Bacolod City, it includes 61 Barangays in the City of Bacolod.
Founders Felix Anthony Diamante, Gabriel Iñigo Calpe, and Neil Laurence Tinosan are BSIT or Bachelor of Science in Information Technology students at the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City. They launched OceanSight to bridge the gap between technology and marine protection.
Our primary mission is to ensure the health and safety of both marine life and the broader environment. We recognize that these ecosystems are our life-support systems, providing the essential resources we need to thrive. Through the strategic application of technology and community engagement, we aim to address the critical threats facing our waters today. By fostering a deeper connection between humanity and the sea, we strive to build a sustainable future where nature and innovation coexist in harmony.
